Learning About True Love From Your Divorce

Being married and having a family can teach people a lot about themselves such as who they are and what they want to become as move forward in life. Sometimes life doesn’t unfold as planned and staying with one partner for the rest of your lifetime may not be what is right for you. In an emotional post about life and love, Jami Tennille talks about learning the true meaning of love after her divorce from her ex-husband.

‘Love and family is not defined by a marriage certificat or by guidelines set by anyone else. Love is acceptance and nutruing of each other’s happiness.’

An important thing to remember when beginning a legal partnership with another person is the love that you have for that person. While no one wants to see themselves going through a divorce, it does not mean you should stay in a relationship where you don’t feel that true sense of love.

‘Love doesn’t hold you back or expect you to be something you’re not.’
